ROCK STEADY BOXING GIVES PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON’S DISEASE HOPE BY IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH A NON-CONTACT BOXING BASED FITNESS CURRICULUM. THE BOXING WORKOUT CAN HELP TO ARREST SOME OF THE SYMPTOMS OF PARKINSON'S DISEASE.

Monkey Business Boxing (AUTISM/SPECIAL NEEds)
A FUN NON-CONTACT BOXING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN/TEENS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. THE SPECIFIC FOCUS IS THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM WILL KNOW THAT GENERALLY AUTISTIC PEOPLE HAVE SLOWER REACTION TIMES, HAVE IRREGULAR SLEEPING PATTERNS AND CAN SUFFER FROM STRESS/ANXIETY ESPECIALLY IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS - Monkey Business BOXING CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO HELP WITH STRESS AND CAN FOCUS THE STRESS AND ANXIETY INTO BOXING AND FITNESS.

MAYBE YOU'RE JUST LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FUN AND CHALLENGING WITHOUT WANTING CONTACT OR COMPETITION ... WELL, WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE, IT'S HERE
*IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE TRAIN WHERE WE MET - FOR EXAMPLE - IF YOU ARE A CURRENT MEMBER OF BIG BAD BENNY'S BOXING, AND THAT IS WHERE WE MET, THEN THAT IS WHERE WE WOULD DO OUR SESSIONS - UNLESS THERE ARE SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Sessions can run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour – it’s up to you, and where you train is up to you. At home sessions are available - or to your office ‘s gym – or you can come train with me at Any one of several amazing boxing training center

For the time being all group classes are being conducted over Zoom. Private sessions can be done over Zoom or in person (depending on Covid guidelines and specific factors)
Group classes, private sessions or a combination of both are guaranteed to deliver a fun, sweat drenching, heart pumping killer workout that will help you to get into the best physical and mental shape of your life.
Jabs, Abs and Gorilla Madness
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm to 6:15pm
Push ups, ab work, shadow boxing and a little gorilla madness to get you into the best shape of your life! We'll focus on conventional and un-conventual training methods with loads of funky bodyweight work. We'll use a few at home tools of the trade and we'll keep our eye on boxing technique - no bad habits, but the focus is on the work. You'll train like an old school boxer -- develop speed like a Jack Rabbit and heavy hands like a gorilla.
Something Wicked This Way Comes
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm to 7:15pm
You will need 2lb or 3lb hand weights for this class as well as a Priest on speed dial. After our warm up we're right into the grind and our grindstone is fighting. Each week we will have different fight scenarios, different themes and different strategies as we go drill by drill, round by round and punch by punch through the fire and ice. Hand wraps and water suggested too ... Holy Water.
